Terms and Conditions

By registering as a player, coach, staff member or club, or by otherwise using MyFootball, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

MyFootball is an online platform that brings together two sides of Belgian football: players, coaches and staff looking for a club, and clubs looking for talent, coaches or an opponent for a friendly match. We facilitate contact through listings, profiles, search tools and in-app messaging. MyFootball is not itself a party to any arrangements, transfers, contracts or matches that result, and does not act as an agent, employer or sports broker.

Most features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and to keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

To keep the platform safe and trustworthy, you agree that you will:

• Only post truthful listings and profile information and not impersonate anyone else;
• Respect incognito mode and the privacy of other users and not misuse others' data;
• Not post inappropriate, offensive, discriminatory, illegal or misleading content;
• Not use the platform for spam, unsolicited advertising, scraping or automated collection of data;
• Not harm the operation, security or integrity of the platform or harass other users.

You remain responsible for the content you post (profiles, listings, friendly matches, test days, messages). By posting content, you grant MyFootball the right to display it to the relevant users within the platform. Some data, such as self-entered player stats (PAC, SHO, PAS, DRI, DEF, PHY), is an indicative self-assessment and not verified data. We may moderate, hide or remove content that breaches these Terms or is inappropriate.

MyFootball brings supply and demand together but does not guarantee any outcome: we do not promise that you will find a club, player, coach or opponent, nor that any contact will lead to a transfer, contract or match. Any arrangements you make with other users are at your own responsibility. Always verify the identity and reliability of the other party before entering into commitments.

We handle your personal data with care. How we collect and use data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which apply together with these Terms.

MyFootball provides the platform with due care but cannot guarantee that it is available uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the platform, from contacts between users, or from content posted by users.

The design, name, logo, software and all content of MyFootball (with the exception of content posted by users) are protected and remain the property of MyFootball. You may not copy, distribute or commercially use them without our permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we add new features. The most recent version is always available on this page, together with the date of the last change. If you continue to use the platform after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

You can delete your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgium.
